End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement is between you, the purchaser and licensee, and Bengal Fonts. By purchasing, installing, or otherwise using the digital typeface, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you are not permitted to download, request, or use any products from Bengal Fonts.

You are granted a single (1) license to use the Fonts for both commercial (if purchased) and non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the copyright or any other rights to the design of the Fonts. Instead, it provides you with the specific usage rights as outlined in this agreement.

All Fonts created by Bengal Fonts, whether for retail, commissioned work, original designs, or customized versions, remain the property of Bengal Fonts. All rights, including copyright and intellectual property, are reserved exclusively by Bengal Fonts.

Usage Restrictions and Permissions

• You are not permitted to distribute the Fonts to individuals or entities.
• Each license is valid for one individual only; one license permits usage by a single person.
• Modification of the Fonts in any form is prohibited, including altering the design or commissioning a third party to make modifications.
• Renaming the Fonts is not allowed under any circumstances.
• We provide full customization services for our Fonts, from adjusting individual glyphs to creating entire font families. Please contact us with your specific needs, and we will provide a price quote.
• You are granted a perpetual, worldwide license to use the Fonts in any media, including design, text, and marketing activities.
• You may not distribute, lend, rent, sell, give away, or share any version of the Fonts, whether modified or unmodified, publicly or privately.
• If you encounter any issues with our Fonts, we will investigate the problem and, if possible, provide a corrected version promptly.
• While we strive to ensure compatibility, we cannot guarantee that the Font files will function flawlessly across all platforms, operating systems, or environments.
• The Fonts may not be installed as system fonts on any operating system. If you wish to do so, please contact us to obtain a valid license.
